Paper Feeding System
Equipped with high-stability separation blades that lock firmly without shaking or wobbling during high-speed operation, this system achieves ultra-stable paper separation and consistent sheet feeding performance. The single-plate feeding belt structure greatly simplifies daily maintenance and belt replacement, reducing downtime and operational costs. Adopting high-precision linear bearings, the paper pressing mechanism moves forward and backward smoothly without jitter. Paper Pressing Wheel Assembly
Features gear-type dual-power transmission for both upper and lower pressing wheels, providing powerful and balanced traction during paper conveyance. This dual-drive structure ensures extremely stable feeding performance, especially when processing uneven, thick, or corrugated cardboard materials. It effectively avoids paper slipping, offset feeding and sheet deviation, laying a solid foundation for high-precision window film pasting.
Pusher Claw System
Different from traditional linear bearing structures, this machine adopts professional linear guide fixation to eliminate feeding vibration completely and achieve ultra-stable paper propulsion. It is equipped with a patented synchronous belt drive system that supports quiet operation, anti-stretch performance, oil-free maintenance, low noise output, and long-term consistent feeding accuracy. The front and rear adjustable press wheels flexibly adapt to different carton sizes and product positions. The side fixed structure simplifies parameter setup, while side guides synchronize with pusher claws to reduce repeated adjustments and greatly improve changeover efficiency.
Gluing System
The independent servo-driven gluing system supports full digital parameter setting via HMI touchscreen. Operators can complete glue volume, speed and phase adjustment without tools, realizing tool-free quick setup. The glue roller is made of hard-anodized aluminum alloy, featuring lightweight structure, high surface hardness, wear resistance and long service life. Integrated intelligent glue sensor and optimized control program realize automatic glue output when cartons are detected, automatic glue stop during empty feeding, and automatic alarm & shutdown in case of paper jams, effectively reducing glue waste and defective products.
Glue Distribution System
Adopts dedicated servo drive for simplified transmission structure, stable power output and lower maintenance difficulty. The entire glue distribution unit is designed with a pull-out sliding structure, allowing operators to fully extract the assembly for thorough cleaning, glue residue removal and daily maintenance, ensuring long-term clean and stable gluing quality.
Film Forming Section
Supported by patented dual-servo drive technology, this integrated film forming system precisely completes the whole process including film feeding, horizontal creasing, hole punching, print registration positioning, vertical creasing and fixed-length cutting. Every process is digitally controlled to ensure uniform film size, accurate creasing position and neat cutting effect, delivering high-quality film blanks for subsequent window pasting.
Film Feeding Unit
Dual linear guide structure effectively eliminates swing arm deviation and ensures stable film feeding track. The PLC constant-speed motor maintains continuous and stable operation during frequent start-stop cycles, avoiding film tension fluctuation and feeding offset. Optional heating device is available for processing thick film materials above 0.25 mm, ensuring flat film stretching and eliminating wrinkling problems.
Horizontal Creasing Unit
Composed of high-precision linear module and stepper motor drive, this unit features smooth high-speed operation, accurate creasing depth and stable repetitive positioning. The modular structure is simple in structure, easy to calibrate and convenient for daily maintenance, suitable for long-term high-frequency production.
Punching Unit
Adopts cylinder-driven integral metal punching mold for clean punching edges and no burrs. The whole unit supports multi-direction fine adjustment: front and rear adjustment realized by linear guide and rack-and-pinion mechanism; left and right precise positioning completed through linear guide and ball screw transmission, ensuring perfect matching with different carton window sizes.
Print Registration Unit
Supports high-precision fine-tuning for printed patterns, realizing accurate alignment between film position and carton printed windows. It effectively solves pattern deviation and dislocation problems, ensuring consistent and beautiful visual effects for finished printed cartons.
Vertical Creasing Unit
Vertical adjustment adopts linear guide + eccentric block fine-tuning structure, while horizontal adjustment applies guide rail + ball screw transmission. Dual precision adjustment methods ensure accurate creasing position, uniform indentation depth and smooth folding lines for different carton specifications.
Cutting Unit
Equipped with cylinder-powered spring compression cutting blades. The structure allows fast blade gap adjustment and quick replacement, ensuring flat and neat film cutting without burrs, while adapting to different film thickness and production speed requirements.
Lamination Section
The front positioning system consists of dual cylinders, four sets of bearings and protective positioning blocks. Bearings contact the conveying belt while the positioning block is suspended flexibly, which effectively protects the belt from wear and ensures stable carton positioning. For side positioning, customers can choose standard guide positioning or patented push gauge positioning structure. The whole lamination process follows strict pneumatic double-pressing sequence: carton positioning → film stretching → belt pause → precise pressing & cutting → system automatic reset, ensuring standardized and high-precision film lamination.
Box Collection Unit
Adopts optimized fish-scale stacking structure with weighted roller design. The structure enables sufficient pressure holding after film pasting, effectively enhancing the fitting tightness and adhesion between transparent film and carton window. It ensures flat finished cartons without warping, bubbling or film peeling, while realizing neat and orderly finished product collection.
