Traditionally, most printed cartons adopt film lamination. Lamination brings two obvious drawbacks:
First, plastic film is unfriendly to environmental protection and recycling requirements.
Second, the laminated film surface has poor adhesion. Without a plasma treatment device installed on the folder gluer, carton gluing failure frequently occurs.
Our spot UV machine can realize full-page UV coating while reserving glue-free zones. Therefore, no extra plasma equipment is required on your folder gluer, saving additional procurement and maintenance costs.
