This machine adopts full computer numerical control system as its core advantage, featuring intuitive operation, consistent running stability and remarkable labor cost reduction.
It is an integrated all-in-one equipment supporting multiple production modes: independent folder gluer mode, independent stitching mode, as well as combined stitching & folder gluer mode. Free switching is available between single stitching and double stitching production according to your order demands.
Fast job changeover only takes 3–5 minutes. Built-in order memory function saves all parameter settings for repeated orders, avoiding repeated debugging and greatly improving production efficiency.
The machine fits corrugated cardboard of A, B, C, AB flutes, including 3-ply and 5-ply sheets, widely applicable for various regular carton processing.
It realizes fully automatic workflow: automatic paper feeding, folding, deviation correction, stitching or gluing, counting and finished carton stacking.
Equipped with an optimized swing stitching head. It consumes less power while delivering higher running speed and more stable stitching performance, effectively upgrading the finished carton stitching quality.
Advanced paper deviation correction system achieves secondary position compensation and precise alignment adjustment, fundamentally eliminating the common defect of skew carton opening (scissors mouth).
Automatic stitch feeding system comes with real-time stitch detection and broken-stitch alarm function, to avoid defective products caused by missing nails.
Supports one-touch quick conversion between stitching and gluing modes, enabling flexible response to diversified carton order requirements.
